12 Apostles & Port Campbell Day Tour
Watch the sunrise and hike the Great Ocean Road trails to the dramatic 12 Apostles
and Shipwreck Coast.
Set your early alarm to experience the famous 12 Apostles without the swarm of tourists. We cruise down the coast as the sun rises before beginning our hike in the village of Princetown. It’s quiet at this time of the day and you’ll get the chance to spot wildlife going about their morning routines. Our 8km hike takes us to some breathtaking vantage points where you can marvel at
dramatic rock formations carved by ocean tides. We stop for morning tea to appreciate stunning views of the 12 Apostles then continue onto Gibson Steps – a cliffside pathway with a 70 metre descent to the beach. We stop by the 12 Apostles lookout before lunch and a swim at the coastal town of Port Campbell. It’s one more stop at Loch Ard Gorge then we leave the dreamy Great Ocean Road coastline and return to Melbourne.
