The Grampians Full Day Tour 2
Discover an out of this world landscape and breathtaking views at The Grampians.
We embark on our first hike of the day, a 4.2km return walk to the most photographed destination in the park, The Pinnacle. Weave your way through fascinating rock formations via Devil’s Gap before arriving at this famous jagged cliff face. There’s plenty of time for photos and morning tea before we head off to our next vantage point, Boroka Lookout. After a short walk through open stringybark forest we find our picturesque lunch spot. After lunch another 2km walk takes us to Reeds lookout and The Balconies where we soak up spectacular valley views before our final destination, Mackenzie Falls. It’s a steep 2km trail but you will be rewarded with of one of Victoria’s largest and most beautiful waterfalls.
What to expect
Three easy to moderate hikes with a total distance of 8km.
Plenty of photo opportunities at 4x stunning lookouts; The Pinnacles, Boroka Lookout, Reeds Lookout and The Balconies.
A visit to the breathtaking Mackenzie Falls.

Our minimum group size is 3 people.
Our Grampians day trip departs from Melbourne every Thursday & every other Sunday. Choose from a St Kilda or CBD pick up and drop off location when you book.

CBD pick up: 7:30am @ Undercover Taxi Rank on St Kilda Road (Between Hamer Hall & the Arts Centre). Please note it’s approximately 200m from Flinders Street Station over the Yarra River.

What to bring
Comfortable trainers or hiking boots
- Water bottle – 1L
- Waterproof jacket
Sunscreen, sunglasses & a hat
In winter bring plenty of warm layers – it’s chilly at the summit
Cash or credit card for our dinner stop on the way home
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bush walking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep hill sections a rough surface and many steps. Walks up to 20km.
