Wilsons Prom Full Day Tour 2
Find wild oceans, impressive sand dunes and friendly wildlife at Wilson’s Prom.
This tour is made for those who want the best of of the beach and the mountains. We arrive to the township of Tidal River and embark on our first hike, a 8 km return journey to Little Oberon Bay. At every turn expect beautiful turquoise waters and breathtaking mountain views. We return to Tidal River for lunch before tackling our second hike, Mt Oberon. This iconic 6.8km return trail takes us to the rocky summit where you will be blown away by the panoramic views over Tidal River, the coast and offshore islands. Time to enjoy a well earned drink and snap some selfies with this impressive backdrop!
What to expect
- Two easy to moderate hikes with a total distance of 15 km.
- A challenging hike to the highest peak in the park, Mt Oberon.

Our Wilsons Prom 2 day trip departs from Melbourne every Saturday. Choose from a St Kilda or CBD pick up and drop off location when you book.

CBD pick up: 7:30am @ Undercover Taxi Rank on St Kilda Road (Between Hamer Hall & the Arts Centre). Please note it’s approximately 200m from Flinders Street Station over the Yarra River.

Comfortable trainers or hiking boots
- Water bottle – 1L
- Waterproof jacket
Sunscreen, sunglasses & a hat
In winter bring plenty of warm layers – it’s chilly at the summit
Cash or credit card for any additional purchases
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bush walking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep hill sections a rough surface and many steps. Walks up to 20km.
